This morning New York City feels like it's late in autumn. There's a fresh chill reddening the cheeks and everyone's back in their knit caps and puffer coats. So much for April!  I'm still in a spring mood, though, and can't wait for the warm temperatures to finally arrive.  I love the first real day of spring when it's time to bust out the warm clothes, and I am looking forward to dress weather this year in a major way.  I am a serious shopper (well, even more of a serious online window shopper). On Saturday we ventured down to Chelsea to take in some culture, and saw one show at Freight & Volume that really stood out.  Matt Jones, who went to studied art at Cooper Union, based his show Multiverse on icon imagery from his own pop-culture past... namely Wolverine masks and the Black Flag band logo. I am reluctantly blogging!

Greetings, all who stumble across the blog.  I am a writer in New York working with an agency on releasing my first series of novels for the Young Adult audience, called the Treadwell Academy Series. The first book is due to hit shelves (or Kindles, more aptly) this April. So, at the forceful encouraging of my marketing & publishing company, I am blogging.
